Third graders Taylor Halford, Sadie Allen and VJ Capps, at left, get a workout on the new walking trail with PE/Dance teacher, Kathy Angier, at Saluda Elementary School. The walking trail was funded in part by a grant from the Polk County Community Foundation's Saluda Community Fund. Students and teachers are using the new walking trail, which was constructed around the perimeter of the playground, during school hours.
